904 Day: Pursue the Competitive Edge
UNF student-athletes are constantly striving to perform at their highest level. Force plate technology provides coaches, athletic trainers, and sports medicine professionals with objective data that helps athletes train smarter, recover faster, and compete safely.
By measuring factors such as strength, power, readiness, fatigue, and movement asymmetries, force plates can identify opportunities to improve performance while helping reduce injury risk.
Your support during 904 Day will help UNF Athletics reach our $30,000 goal to fund three cutting-edge force plates, giving Ospreys the competitive edge they need to excel.
